HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND HANDLING ?
Due to the value of our jewellery, we send all our items via registered and fully insured post, which is $6.00 anywhere in Australia and $6.00 AUD Worldwide. We find this a much more secure way and is also easier to track.
CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ?
All items that you purchase in the one order, will be sent in the same parcel and will be $6.00 for postage and handling, no matter how many items are purchased. Please wait till you have finished shopping with us to make the one total payment.
CAN I GET A REFUND ?
Returns are accepted within 24 hours upon arrival providing that We have been contacted. We reserve the right to refuse refunds. Please feel free to contact us for any questions that you may have.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SENT ?
Orders are posted every Tuesday and Friday. You will receive an email on the day your order has been posted, so that you know payment has been received and that your item has been sent.
WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM ?
If you have not received your item within ten days of it being posted, please contact us immediately so that we can launch an enquiry with Australia Post using the Registered Post reference number given to us when your item was posted. We only keep the reference numbers for two weeks from the day the item was posted. If you contact us after the two weeks, we may not be able to recover your item, as we may not have the reference number available. We also advise that you keep all receipts of all your purchases with us. In the event that an item is lost or damaged we can prove to Australia Post the amount you paid for your item, so that we can get compensated and resend the same item or refund your money.
